e-flex CLS-D-050-L “short series” conveyor

These short-length SMEMA-compatible transfer conveyors are used for equipment linking, visual inspection, manual assembly, and PCB buffering functions. Their advantage is the short length, which allows them to be placed anywhere when you have space limitations. Just 0.5m long, the front rail is stationary while the rear rail adjusts to the desired width with a hand crank. Conveyor speed is dial adjustable from 0.5 - 20 m/min. When the conveyor is idle, boards can be removed and inspected on the work ledge adjacent to the front rail, which will come covered with a green ESD surface. Made of aluminum and steel, it gives a professional look. We also have under demand, better-looking versions made with aluminum finishes, for a higher aesthetic impression.
