IBL’s CX600/CX800 is fully automated inline vapor phase soldering solution. It provides precise, high quality results at medium to high volume throughput. The machines feature a standardized SMEMA interface for easy inline integration.
The CX machine is a fully automatic inline system that promises high throughput and thus achieves cycle time of less than 20 sec per module. The integrated energy management system incl. standby mode ensures low energy consumption. Since oxygen-free soldering with this machine can be done without any additional use of nitrogen, you save yourself the associated costs. A further advantage of the CX system is the integrated profile recording as well as the repeatability of the processes by temperature-controlled profiles. The intuitive touch-screen display provides a simple programming of the system. Three separate, internal process chambers with automatic locks ensure lowest medium consumption.
