ER2074 Thermally Conductive, Flame Retardant Epoxy Resin

ER2074 is a flame retardant system two component epoxy resin with UL94 V-0 approval. The flame retardant technology used is halogen free leading to relatively low toxicity fumes and low smoke emission and the lack of abrasive fillers means that there is lower wear on dispensing machinery.
The resin is thermally conductive, with a conductivity value of 1.26W/m.K, while offering good chemical and water resistance.
Once cured, the white colour gives a good aesthetic finish, and the high thermal conductivity means it has been very effective as part of thermal management solutions in LED applications, for both external and internal lighting systems.
